We are excited to share that Mike Jacoby, Managing Director of Economic Development for Bricker Graydon Wyatt, LLP has assembled a panel of colleagues to discuss two very important topics for everyone involved in economic development.

1.) Navigating the need for project confidentiality and public transparency – public records, public meetings, non-disclosure agreements, and carefully balancing your responsibilities to companies and your community.

2.) Data Centers – recent trends and updates on legislation

As the Director of Economic Development at Bricker Graydon Wyatt, Mike provides economic development consulting services to public and private sector clients. He is one of 6 non-attorney professionals on the team of over 30 economic development and public finance attorneys at Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP. His work includes: strategies, plans, reports, grant/loan application drafting, contracted part-time economic development staffing, incentive advising, site investigation, and more.

We are also excited to share that Laura Kunkle, Executive Director of America in Bloom will be joining us to share information on the program’s upcoming 25th anniversary celebration in Washington, DC. We all understand the impact a vibrant community has on attracting visitors and fostering economic growth.
