Executive Director of the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, Craig Butler, welcomed EODA members and guests to Seneca Lake on Friday, July 29, 2022. Director Butler provided a history of the creation of the flood control lakes and benefits provided by the recreational opportunities. He also shared information on the master plan developed for Seneca Lake Park and Marina. The meeting was attended by 40 members and guests who provided updates on recent development activities in their region. The weather was cool in the morning but the sun began to shine just in time for a boat ride around the lake after a lunch of barbequed brisket, pork and chicken catered by Hog Hollow BBQ. Many thanks to Allen Fraley, Executive Director of the Noble County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau, who organized the delicious lunch and scenic boat tour of Seneca Lake.
