The EODA is excited to announce the keynote speaker for the annual meeting will be Michelle Christian, Small Business Administration National Director of the Office of Rural Affairs. Ms. Christian is responsible for overseeing business and economic development throughout rural America. She is focused on ensuring that communities in Appalachia and in rural Opportunity Zones are aware of all the services and programs available through the federal government. The annual meeting will be held on Friday, April 24, 2020 at the Carlisle Inn in Walnut Creek, OH.
