The EODA winter meeting was held at Zane State College on February 7, 2020. President of Zane State College, Dr. Chad Brown, opened the meeting with a welcome to the campus. A workforce development panel was facilitated by Matt Abbott, Executive Director of the Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority. Tom Reid of Reid Consulting provided a presentation on the recent renewal of the broadband initiative in Appalachia.
