Purpose:

To protect the financial integrity of EODA

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly financial information from EODA accountants and treasurer

Prepare vouchers requiring dual signatures on all checks

Prepare annual budget for review and approval of the EODA Board of Directors

Present and approve current financial information at board meetings
