Welcome!

The Eastern Ohio Development Alliance is a 16-county region including Athens, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Tuscarawas, and Washington counties.

Poised for growth, the region boasts market access via Interstate 70 and 77 as well as the Ohio River and Class A railways. Ready sites, abundant natural gas and quality of life resources round out the reasons to consider the Eastern Ohio Development Alliance region!

EODA focuses on connections and networks that ensure the region is successful in its endeavors. Public and private stakeholders work to strengthen and diversify the regional economy through investment in business and industry, tourism as well as community development efforts toward an enhanced quality of life.
